Applies to: Content Studio ver. 3.2 installed on a domain that uses Active directory.
Type: Bug
Symptoms
When a certain
user tries to log on to Content Studio Content Studio craches with an Internal
server Error.
Cause
The Content Studio
runt-time account has been restricted the rigths to read public information
about some or all users in the Active directory. In Windows NT any authenticated
user has this right. In Active directory this rights are controlled via ACL:s.
If these rights are not defined CS craches with a memory exeption due to an
unhandled error in NTSec.dll.
Resolution
Make sure that the
CS runtime account has the needed rights in Active directory.
Status
This bug has been
fixed in version ver. 1.1.0.9 of NTSec.dll
